I have had the good fortune to work with R|MILLER on several projects throughout my 30-year design career. From office spaces to restaurants, retail and more, they have never failed to deliver a superb product through a creative and thoughtful process. As always on construction projects, unforeseen circumstances arise and R|MILLER has always been proactive and positive about resolving those issues whether generated by the client, the site, the budget or timelines. Quality, honesty, creativity and collaboration are all hallmarks of R|MILLER’s work.  Lastly, I have to give a special shout out to Casey and Matt. Their focus and creativity on the Art of the Table project was critical to the beautiful outcome.  Thanks for an incredible effort!

Every time an inspector or vendor visits our bottling plant, they compliment us on the high quality of the construction. It was a fairly demanding project, because everything had to be food grade and the property we were renovating had a lot of problems. But R|MILLER did a great job. The cost was reasonable, the quality is very good, and they handled unexpected problems very effectively. Jim Rodgers and Derrek Pratt were great to work with, and we would happily use R|MILLER again.

We have been extremely happy with all the work that R|MILLER has done and would absolutely use them again for any projects that come up.

Rob and I have had a professional association that has spanned over a ten year period, and during eight of those years his company was the preferred contractor at the Space Needle in Seattle. As the CEO of the Space Needle Corporation, I found his input invaluable because I could count on his professionalism and penchant for quality solutions. Not to mention that even the most difficult projects came in on time and on budget.

I would like to express my appreciation to R|MILLER Commercial Contractors for the outstanding job they did constructing our new 35,000 square foot office and manufacturing building at Harbour Pointe. Although initially unknown to us, R|MILLER was recommended by our construction manager, Bob MacDonald. Selecting R|MILLER was an excellent choice for us, as all aspects of the building process were handled professionally, carefully, and with consideration. We look forward to working with the R|MILLER team again.

R|MILLER Commercial Contractors managed [our] project (as well as performing a great deal of the construction) with integrity and timeliness, often going above and beyond what was required of their contract to assist us in producing a world-class building. Subsequently, the Maple Valley Library has been awarded numerous regional and national design awards. This fact is a testament to the diligence and teamwork exemplified by all at R|MILLER.

Most recently, we have had the opportunity to team up with R|MILLER on the Redhook Brewlab project in Seattle. There was much vested interest in this fast paced challenging buildout. R|MILLER did a fantastic job coordinating design and infrastructure changes in a timely manner in order to keep the project pace. They understand the role subcontractors play and are excellent at facilitating all trades. Holly and Matt were great to work with on the administrative end, and Casey was fantastic leading the charge onsite. I look forward to teaming up with R|MILLER in the future on demanding projects like the Brewlab.

The quality and timeliness of your performance during the construction of the initial alterations, for our 32,000 square foot leased premises in Kitsap County, was exemplary.
