About the Project
R. MILLER proudly partnered with Craft Brew Alliance and Graham Baba Architects in the constructing of the new Redhook Brewlab in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. With nearly 12,500 square feet of creative space to work with, our team is shaped every inch of it per the client’s proposed scope of work. This included tenant improvements to an existing parking level, through-wall penetrations and routing of duct work on the north exterior facade to the roof, roof mechanical equipment and screening, and structural modifications, including an interior floor slab at the brewery. Beer enthusiasts are greeted at both bar fronts by 16-rotating taps, and an atmosphere unique to the Granddaddy of Craft in every way.
