R|MILLER Inc built Portage Bay Cafe's second location in Seattle's busy South Lake Union neighborhood. Work consisted of interior tenant improvements including construction of new partitions, finishes, ceilings, mechanical systems (including owner-furnished exhaust hood and ducting), fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, power and lighting systems, restrooms, and casework.
