R|MILLER Inc collaborated with Lululemon's construction management and design teams to build four retail locations on the West Coast. Each store had a similar scope that included upgrades to the existing electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. R|MILLER managed the permitting and installation of specialized back-of-house shelving systems, point-of-sales systems and unique lighting packages. Lululemon storefronts feature intricate trademark designs and R|MILLER worked closely with subcontractors and product fabricators to ensure execution was handled with the utmost care.
