Laborer
FIELD
Laborers are responsible for cleaning, lifting, carrying, digging, spreading, leveling, demolition, driving and other routine tasks involved in maintaining and constructing objects, structures and buildings of varying sizes and applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute high quality work
-
Pick up, deliver, load and unload materials

Keep work areas in a safe and clean condition
-
Assist carpenters in a variety of tasks
-
Be safety-conscious at all times and report unsafe conditions immediately
-
Ensure tools, safety equipment and safety kits are well-maintained and accounted for
-
Maintain company vehicles
-
Perform periodic tool inventories
-
Lift, carry, push, pull and load heavy and awkward objects
-
Accurately complete and turn in paperwork to a project foreman or project superintendent on a timely basis
REQUIREMENTS
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Skilled and Journeyman Laborers must have knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment

Own laborer hand tools
-
Dependable, self-motivated and productive
-
Skilled in oral communication
-
Able to work independently and as a team player
-
Able to drive and work in all weather conditions
